Manuel Rincon is a professor, entrepreneur and executive on Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Digital Entrepreneurship, Customer Focus and Strategy.
He has been:
• Dean of ENAE Business School,
• Chief Executive Officer of Instant Karma,
• CEO Cash Converters Group,
• Knowledge Management Officer at United Nations ESCAP until 2022, responsible for the 62 countries of Asia Pacific, including USA, China, India, Japan, Russia and others.
Rincon has also been a Manager at Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. His responsibility has been Manager for Knowledge Management Spain in the Change Management Division, developing industry experience and resource management capabilities globally. In addition, his experience includes IBM Germany, IBM Spain and Meta4.
He is Doctor Cum Laude in Business Organization in 2004 and International Executive MBA in 2002 from IE Graduate School of Business. At IE, he has been an adjunct professor since year 2000.
Manuel Rincon is an Electrical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Graduate in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.
