We are honored to introduce members of the Select Committee who serve as volunteer advisors to Tech Pro Camp and help connect the organization to critical resources, individuals, and organizations across the state. The committee consists of committed leaders who love our mission and dedicate time, energy, and compassion to make Tech Pro Camp the best it can be. These dedicated individuals are industry experts and leaders in their field and are appointed to assist and guide our events team and provide support, guidance, and oversight. Donald W. Borden JR
Four Winds Technology Group
Don is an experienced President, Board Member and C Level Executive with hands-on experience managing and turning around global operations. He has more than 30 years of experience profitably growing companies and transforming them into market leaders by driving operational excellence processes to improve overall company productivity and competitiveness. Don has also previously held leadership positions at Fortune 500 technology and service companies including Crane Corporation and Hubbel Corporation. Don has a proven ability to positively impact the bottom line and revenue growth by implementing the “Strategy Deployment Process”, assuring strategy alignment, organizational alignment, motivation, and proper resourcing with daily monitoring of key operational metrics. He holds a BS in engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS at the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, Change Management at Harvard University and holds a Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt.
Moein Farokhnia Hamedani
Keiser University – Sarasota
Moein is an accomplished professional with a deep-seated passion for data-driven solutions and a track record of excellence in database design, SQL development, and data analytics. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in various domains, including project management, web application development, and data science. His journey in technology began with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Building upon this foundation, he pursued a Master of Science in Computer Networks. However, his true passion lies in harnessing the power of data. This led him to pursue a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Information Systems at the University of South Florida, where he graduated with a remarkable GPA of 4.0 in 2022. His skill set spans various programming languages and technologies, including Python, C#, R, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, and ASP.NET. And a deep understanding of database systems such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and others, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Shane Hartman
TrustedSec
Shane Hartman is a Senior Incident Response Consultant for TrustedSec. In this capacity, Shane is responsible for delivering holistic incident response services using state of the art host and network-based tools. Using these tools, combined with advanced methodologies, Shane is able to assist clients obtain situational awareness and rapidly identify threats as part of tactical response to intrusions involving sophisticated adversaries that target intellectual property and other critically sensitive data. Shane has been working in Information Technology for the past 25+ years with 15+ of those years in Information Security. Additionally, Shane has presented at several industry conferences covering security related research. Shane has also taught at the University level covering topics Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking, and Offensive Computing.
Harold Logan

Hal has worked in the IT industry for twenty-five years in the public and private sectors. He is currently the Director of Engineering for Desktop-as-a-Service solutions at Sangoma, where his team makes enterprise-grade virtual desktops and security countermeasures available to small and medium businesses.
Vladislav Nocar
Sarasota County Schools
Vlad was born in the Czech Republic, formerly Czechoslovakia, and emigrated to the United States in 1986 during the ‘Cold War.’ He spent a year in, then West Germany, waiting to get his official papers. For the first few years in the United States, he lived in Boston and then moved to Florida. For most of the years, he has lived in Sarasota, where he resides now. He has attended Manatee Community College, Keiser University, and Eckerd College, where he received degrees in Network, Business, and Information Technology Administration. Throughout his career, he has contributed to positive business results through effective organizing, prioritizing, team building, and successful completion of critical organizational projects. He is married with one child and currently works at Sarasota County Schools District as a strategic initiative project manager. During his career, he has worked in various positions in the healthcare and finance industries, from PC tech to supervisor, director, and VP.

Joel is an experienced Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer with 23 years of overall Information Technology experience. For the past 10 years I’ve held a leadership role in one of the top 5 DSO (Dental Service Organizations) in the country. My comprehensive background is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from WGU, which has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding the intricate interplay between technology and security. I’m committed to continuous growth and education. Currently, enrolled in a rigorous pursuit of a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, with a focus on Cybersecurity. This demonstrates my dedication to staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving industry.
