Code of Conduct

All conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers must adhere to the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout our event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Tech Pro Camp is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language, imagery, and personal political views and opinions are inappropriate for any conference venue, including session content. Conference participants violating these rules may be expelled at the conference organizers’ discretion.

Harassment, aggression, and intimidation are hurtful and interfere with other people’s experience and participation in our events. These behaviors are inappropriate and unacceptable. Be specifically mindful to avoid behaviors that are inappropriate regarding offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, marital status, domestic partner status, genetic information, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (including religious dress and grooming), sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, conference organizers may take any appropriate action, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please get in touch with security personnel or a conference staff member immediately.

Onsite security and conference staff will be happy to help participants provide escorts or assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe during the conference. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow these rules at all conference venues and conference-related social events.
